Hey mate, interesting would like to hear more about your results - what were your findings....mine were unsurprising :-) More VMO activation with depth and heel lift when wearing trainers compared to barefoot. The interesting thing was the compensation in those with tight lower extremity at the hip although overall I have to say it came at the end of a long 2 1/2 years of part-time study so it wasn't the study I had orginally hoped for.....G
