I want to know what different trainers consider the "perfect workout".
Information on how to balance work outs for optimum results as quickly as possible and how to vary exercise/work outs to prevent boredom and injury (i.e. what to do the next day following an intense weights work).
Any and all tips to keep this lazy chick in shape (when Ben doesnt train me!)?!

Ben Wilson - who is my PT (when I get me a*se into gear says it is all about the intensity. I could do more than hour but like to be pushed to my max for an hour - think I get more out then. Have trained in the wrong way before......if you have suggestions otherwise I am very open and keen to hear them?!
