i want to loose weight faster and see muscle definition. i"ve also lost weight before and gained it back and it gets harder to loose it again so i'd want to know how to keep my results. Besides i'd love to hear how fitness professionals in the UK do their thing - most acessible knowledge seems to be American or Canadian and i loved the reports i got from some of them in the 12days of fitness gifts and found them quite useful in particular Paul Mort, BeezKneez & Alex Poole

I really liked the eating intuitively seminar and the chocolate seminar had some points that really made sense. I can definately try to be more mindful of what i eat and enjoy what i eat and i can definately try to not over eat. I am going to adapt some of those principles. Continue

Heres my plan for the next couple of weeks

I really liked the calls this week- just when i needed that extra bit of inspiration. So i'm ready now to make a great workout plan for myself.

Interval training - 3 times a week - taking a little break from tabata and doing 20 minutes intervals

yoga and something i find on this site -every morning : triefecta, 10 squat ladder, Noel's abs workout and leg workout

evening (every other night) - light target toning for functional fitness

Biggest focus will be on eating healthily

This is one of those weeks where i just have a constant headache and feel fatigued but i somehow pus…

This is one of those weeks where i just have a constant headache and feel fatigued but i somehow pushed through and still worked out everyday. Maybe i'm crazy to push but i have a deadline in mind and i bargain with myself that i'll just add an extra couple of hours of sleep to balance out the pushing...i always seem to reach close to my goals and then falter or sabbotage myself with bringing back in bad habits - this time i'm trying to stay on track and commit to it.

Overwhelmed...

I'm not sure what to do...at the time it seemed challenging enough to loose weight and inches. In total i lost 5 inches off my hips and buttocks and 4 inches off my waist but i think now that i'm at a even more challenging point where i need to target tone .i feel a bit scared that i might do the wrong kind of exercise regimen and end up not as proportioned as i want to be.

Nevertheless i'm just keeping at it and trying out new things...which i wonder if its a bad thing that i dont stick to one… Continue

My Summer has been a blast!! Thank You!!!

I am happy that this forum will be reopened soon- just when i was beginning to slack off too! Right in the nick of time Whew!

Hey Khandi - really pleased you enjoy my blog. It's always good to know, esp. when I am involved in so much! I went to shoot some heart-pounding sequences yesterday and ended up sitting in a beach -side cafe drinking coffee with another personal trainer!!
