I am overweight, I have two degenerative discs in my spine brought on by two road traffic accidents over the past 8 years although I'm fully recovered. I have not given up on my weight loss, so far I've lost a 10 lbs and kept off over the last 8 months but I had lost another 5 lbs but these have gone back on.

I really want to lose my weight I just can't seem to keep the momentum going. All day long I want to do a workout, but when I get home and put the kids to bed it is 8pm and I've been up since 6am I'm just too tired to bother doing one.

Day 8: Going well

This is the first day of week two and I've learnt alot over the past 7 days. I learnt that I can do my workouts on schedule and I learnt some stuff simply not to eat, as well as some stuff that I really should be eating. I've even learnt that some supplements are ok and I put into place plans to help me start doing these things as habits.

Hi Mark, Actually there was nothing to miss with the audio edit - you would get a similar response from Paul if you mentioned Newcastle FC!

The jury is still out on vibration training but I'm more open than most as a good friend of mine, who runs Powerplate UK, has shared so much research with me. And its attracted many people to exercise who otherwise would not have done. BR Noel
